I had a very satisfying experience with Henotic for getting a Covid'19 swab test done. Booking an appointment - The process was very smooth, I called the number and they asked for some information through WhatsApp. The person receiving the call was very courteous and explained the process nicely. Sample Collection - Within 30 mins of booking the appointment, the technician arrived to my door. He was well trained and ensured that the sample is collected as per the specified protocol. This is important because if not collected properly , this may lead to wrong results. Report Generation - Lightening fast, same day .within a few hours. We have used the service of Henotic Diagnostics since 2022, after we shifted to Kharghar. In that postcoviid period, we had an emergency on one day around 7.00 pm. Since we were new to the place, we were worried and did some web browsing. Found that Henotic Diagnostics was available for home visit at that time. Mr. Williams came immediately and we could get the results same night. After that we are using their service for regular blood check ups for my 87 year old mother. Most of the pathology labs used to find it difficult to take her blood samples, but Mr. Williams does it in a very effortless and painless way. Just one word, out of this world. Conventional MRI was always scary for me and I had a phobia with it. And I have heard it from almostt 90% of people. I used to always wonder why when medical technology is so advanced why nothing is being invented such that a person is not pushed into a small tunnel like machine. And then all that sound. One would naturally become a patient. Its at such time, as a golden find out I got to know about wide bore Tesla 3 MRI machine and I experienced it too. Wonderful, its bit more open and the time taken is also less as compared to conventional MRIs. I would seriously recommend everybody who has phobia and scare about the conventional MRI to surely try this one for any MRI scan and they would surely like it. But still I feel there is more improvement in the sense that patient is taken to a nice world of music while scanning is done, so that he or she lies down calmly, else staying still like a Robot even for 10 minutes is quite tough. ~ Jayaprakash B

Very professional. We just called them once and everything was arranged in 30mins. So my uncle had high fever and had to go for rtpcr test so I called the lab just once and they told me to just fill up the details in watsapp and in 30 minutes concern person Williams was at our door step to take the test. so concern person came inside the house and took the test. He took it very comfortable. Payment eveything was through Google pay , upi. We got the antigen test report in another 30 minutes which came negative but the main part was rtpcr as we wanted to admit our uncle at the nearby Hospital and they asked for rcptcr report. Usually the report result come in 24 hours but we can't wait that much as fever was increasing but Williams helped us to get the result by evening. Really it was helpful to get the report be evening and take the necessary steps ahead. Thanks a lot for the effort and valuing the human life at these situation God bless ya. ~ Victor J

As per process for travel I had to get myself tested for RTPCR. Was worried about how to get it done. The first choice was SRL Diagnostics Centre. As it was late night called SRL collection centre. There was no response as I needed the reports urgently. I decided to go to Henotic Healthcare Kharghar near Dmart- Kharghar in Millenium Empire. The best choice. The lab technician was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Explained about the test and the testing process was swift. The best part is they share the soft copy of the report through Whatsapp. I highly recommend this for Test ~ K K
